IARI Admission 2024-25: The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) is soon going to open its admission window for various courses in the fields of agriculture and research. The last date for application form submission provided by IARI is expected to be 17 July 2024. Admission to most of the courses like MSc, ME and M-Tech will be based on an entrance exam conducted by the university.

IARI Admission 2024-25 Key Points:
- UG Courses: IARI does not provide any UG degree programs, it offers only masters and research-level courses.
- PG Courses, At the PG level, IARI offers MS, ME, and M-Tech degree programs within 26 disciplines. A candidate who has acquired a relevant bachelor’s degree like a BSc for MSc and BE/B-Tech for ME/M-Tech will be considered eligible. The minimum score of candidates in the last exam must be more than 50% and a valid score on the entrance test is needed.
- Diploma & Certificate: Candidates can take admission for certificate and diploma courses to learn more about the agricultural sciences.
- Exams: Admissions to the PG level courses of IARI are based on an entrance exam that is ICAR AIEEA conducted by ICAR.
- Dates for exams: The ICAR entrance exam will probably conducted in May 2024* and the result will be announced in August 2024. Admit cards for the test will be released one week before the test.
- How to Apply: The application process for IARI will be online. Applicants will open the online application portal and submit their forms after paying the registration fee.

IARI Admission 2024-25
Indian Agricultural Research Institute offers admission to bachelor’s, master’s and research courses in the field of Agriculture. These courses are offered under a variety of specializations that are linked to the field of Agriculture. BSc, BTech, MSc, and MTech are the most popular courses offered by this university. To be eligible for admission to any course provided by IARI, students will have to pass the entrance exam and fulfil the criteria provided by the institute. IARI UG Admission 2024-25
At the UG level, admissions are offered for BSc (Hons) in the specializations of Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, and Forestry. Other courses are B-Tech in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Diary Technology, and Agricultural Engineering. IARI Admission also provides a UG course of BFSc. For all of these courses, the eligibility of candidates depends on their previous qualifications and entrance exams. It is required each candidate should have passed the last exam of the 12th standard with a 50% minimum score.
IARI UG Eligibility: In addition to the eligibility requirements, the Academic Council will decide other matters related to postgraduate admission. Changes may be made to the eligibility requirements. Prior to each academic session’s entrance examination, the Academic Council normally considers and approves these factors when finalizing the admission policy.
IARI PG Admission 2024-25
Under the PG category, some of the taught courses are MSc and M-Tech. For these courses, IARI Admission 2024 provides some specializations that can choose to study in the field of agriculture. A PG admissions application is also based on a merit-based assessment, as well as an entrance exam.To be eligible for the scholarship, a candidate is required to have completed a bachelor’s degree from a renowned university and to have obtained at least a 50% score in the final examination.
- MSc: The MSc program is offered in multiple specializations. The eligibility to apply for an MSc is aspirant must have BSc in the related stream. The enrollment process is followed by the score obtained in the IARI entrance exam.
- M.Tech: Graduating in engineering technology like B.Tech or B.E is basic eligibility for admission. Also, need to qualify GATE exam.
- MCom: IARI Admission offers a Master of Commerce degree program as an undergraduate degree program that lasts three years. MCom programs are open to students with undergraduate degrees who wish to pursue a Master’s degree. Candidates will notified on the University’s official web portal.
IARI Ph.D. Admission 2024-25
For the session 2024, the Indian Agricultural Research Institute will begin accepting applications for PhD courses in several specializations.
